First Fine and Fashion works hard to ensure your purchase is fast and easy from start to finish.  Your satisfaction is our priority.

Local shipping is free and we never charge tax or unnecessary fees.

All other world-wide shipping is free with a purchase of over $500 CAD.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at First Fine and Fashion. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

You have 90 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. It must also include all the accessories, tags, and labels that came with it.

Customer-Paid Shipping: Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 50% of the original purchase price may be applied to all returns. This fee helps cover the cost of inspecting, processing, and restocking returned items.

Free Returns for Damaged Items: We understand that accidents can happen during shipping. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a replacement or a refund. Please contact our customer support team immediately upon discovering any shipping-related damage.

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at FirstFineandFashion@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  3. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
